McEneaney’s XL store
McEneaney’s XL shop on the Avenue Road has gone on the market in recent days with local estate agents DNG Duffy.
The store is being sold in one lot, which includes a property on a c0.4 acre site including a retail unit measuring c.210 sq metres, a detached house and customer parking.
The store backs on to Muirhevnamor while it fronts the Avenue Road and is located opposite the Medebawn estate.
While no selling price has been revealed, it is understood that bids of around €250,000 are being sought for the popular local store.
