Part of the Woodlands estate in Dunleer, where six new local authority homes will be built
Six local authority homes are set to be built in Dunleer as part of Minister for Housing and Planning Jan O’Sullivan’s announcement yesterday of a €68m fund to build new homes nationwide.
In total €360,000 of the fund will go towards delivering six units at Woodlands in Dunleer. A further €2.7m has also been allocated towards providing 18 new units at Boice Court in Mell in Drogheda.
