Pajo the calf
Monaghan’s celebrity calf Pajo will be appearing in four St Patrick’s Day parades this weekend, including the one in Dundalk.
The calf, who is now eight-months-old, found fame last year when his owners Sean and Alan Sheridan claimed he could predict the outcome of big matches. His success was such that he even appeared on The Late Late Show.
Pajo will be at the Dundalk parade on Monday, which gets underway at 1pm, and will also be appearing at the parades in Oram, Ballybay and Carrickmacross over the course of the weekend.
