A 2.75 acre parcel of land in Blackrock is close to being sold after being marked sale agreed within the last week.
The land at Southend is described as having spectacular uninterrupted sea views by local estate agents DNG Duffy.
The land had been on the market for just under a year. It is understood to have attracted the interest of a local businessman, who is looking to purchase for just under the €150,000 asking price.
The land is zoned residential category one.
