Local football club Rock Celtic will hold a race night this Friday in Harrison’s Bar in Blackrock.
You can buy a horse for €20 or a jockey for €10 from any committee member or any of the coaches.
The first race gets underway at 8.30pm sharp and there will also be a best dressed ladies competition on the night.
All are welcome to attend the event, which is kindly sponsored by Mint by Baldwins in Earl Street.
