Less than a week after Monaghan’s famous victory over Donegal to land their first Ulster Championship title in 25 years, Dundalk-based singer/songwriter Sinead McNally continues to be a hit in the county with her track ‘Farney Army’.
First recorded for the Breakfast Roll radio show as a bit of fun, Sinead’s track has taken off since Monaghan’s win and she even got to perform it with the team in The Diamond during their homecoming last Monday.
She also managed to get her hands on the Anglo Celt Cup during a visit to Northern Sound earlier this week (pictured above), while Coilin Duffy captured the video below of Sinead performing ‘Farney Army’ to the crowd in Monaghan Town prior to the team’s arrival last week.
