Best Wishes to Dundalk F.C.Dundalk FC will be releasing approximately 750 more tickets for sale at 9am this morning for Friday night’s title decider with Cork City at Oriel Park.

Around 400 supporters are thought to be queuing outside the ground as of 8am ahead of the tickets going on sale.

A temporary stand, similar to the one that was in use for the EA Sports Cup final last month, will be constructed behind the Carrick Road end goal for Dundalk supporters only.

According to the club:

  • All of these tickets are full price €15 tickets. There are no concession tickets for this stand.
  • Tickets go on sale from the Oriel Park ticket office at 9am, Wednesday.
  • Tickets will be sold on a first come first served basis.
  • Tickets will be restricted to two tickets per person.
  • These tickets will only provide access to the temporary stand (Hiney Park Stand). These tickets will not allow for access to the Shed.
  • No tickets can be reserved over the phone and set aside for collection.

In a statement on dundalkfc.com, the club said: “We need all Dundalk supporters to understand that this match will have the highest attendance in recent history for Dundalk FC. We require full co-operation with security on match night. This stand is at huge cost to the club but we want to ensure that as many people can safely get into Oriel Park to support Stephen Kenny’s team.

We are asking all supporters, especially those supporters who have Ground tickets and wish to watch the match from the Shed, to arrive as early as possible as restrictions will be in place.”
