Cooley Peninsula Men’s Shed members Bernard Murnaghan and Kevin Conroy being interviewed by the production team ahead of tonight’s programme on BBC Two
The Cooley Peninsula Men’s Shed group will feature on the BBC Two programme ‘I Lar an Aonaigh’ tonight at 10pm.
The programme was recorded during a visit to the Shed by a BBC production team on 17th July last and will feature contributions from a number of Peninsula Shedders and John Evoy, founder of the Irish Men’s Shed movement.
The programme should give a good insight into the role of Men’s Sheds in the community with particular emphasis on men’s health. I Lar an Aonaigh is an Irish language series with English subtitles.
