Dundalk FC have been nominated for RTÉ’s Irish Sports Team of the Year awards.
The SSE Airtricity League champions will be up against the Irish men’s rugby team, the Cork ladies football team, the Cork camogie team, the Kerry football team and the Kilkenny hurling team for the prestigious award.
The award will be presented live on RTÉ One on Sunday December 21st and will be decided by a public vote on the night.
Nominees for the Sports Person of the Year and Manager of the Year award will be announced this weekend.
