Contribute to council’s budgetary process for a chance to win €100 One 4 All voucher

Louth-County-Council-Offices_01Louth County Council is inviting you to comment and contribute to the budgetary process for 2016 with a chance to win a €100 One 4 All voucher for all who take part.

This is a democratic process in which members of the community are invited to express their views and opinions on how the budget process could be improved.

So, to take part the Council is asking you to complete a short survey and make comments as necessary on how you believe the financial assets of the Council should be allocated.

The Council’s adopted budget for 2015 provides for expenditure totalling €93.05 million and an income of €50.22 million. The balance of €42.83 million is funded from a combination of Commercial Rates, Local Property Tax and general purpose grants and pension related deductions from staff.
