Planning permission has been granted for two new houses to be built at Annies in Kilcurry.
Siobhan McKeever initially applied to Louth County Council for planning permission for three houses on the site but later reduced this to two houses after significant further information was requested.
She has recently been given conditional planning permission to build the houses.
