Harrison’s in Blackrock
One of Blackrock’s most popular pubs is close to being sold.
Harrison’s Bar on Main Street went on the market back in February with an asking price of €325,000. Talk of the Town understands a sale has been agreed with estate agents REA Gunne Property for the pub with just the final details to sort out before it changes hands.
It is not known what the agreed selling price is.
Harrison’s features a modern bar and lounge, games room, smoking area, service areas and an open plan function room at first floor level with the benefit of a separate entrance.
It had a one year lease since February 2013 with an option to renew for a further 2 years and 9 months, an option that was exercised. The rent is €28,600 per annum and the current tenant is unaffected by the sale.
