A 1.67 acre piece of land at Brookville on the Ardee Road is close to being sold after going sale agreed recently.
No selling price has been revealed by agents REA Gunne Property but it is understood that the deal is close to being finalised.
The land, close to the Brewery Business Park, has full planning permission for 40 executive apartments and would also be suitable for a small scheme of 20-25 starter homes subject to planning.
