Motorists driving in Mid-Louth this morning are being advised to drive with caution after a number of trees fell overnight.
A tree is down on the Glyde Road (R166) on the outskirts of Tallanstown, with another down and blocking the road between Smarmore and Collon.
A deer has also been hit on the Dunleer/Collon Road (R169) at Gunstown.
Dundalk Fire Service are also dealing with a tree that is down on the Armagh Road at Kilcurry.
Motorists are urged to drive with caution as winds remain high this morning.
