The site for sale on the Ardee Road, behind the existing Brewery Business Park
A 14.104 acre site on the Ardee Road has gone on the market for an undisclosed sum with local estate agents REA Gunne Property.
The lands are located at the rear of the old MacArdle Moore brewery, which now operates as a business park. They are located to the rear of a number of existing businesses including ControlSoft and Hydroscand Ireland.
The site, which is currently laid out in grass, is zoned for commercial development under the ‘Dundalk and Environs Development Plan 2009-2016′ with the zoning objective to allow for ‘Transport Development Hub’.
