Disruption for local rail commuters on Easter Sunday

IrishrailCommuters travelling between Dundalk and Dublin via Irish Rail on Easter Sunday will face disruptions, with part of the Northern line set to close to allow for track and points placement.

Portmarnock, Clongriffin, Howth, Sutton, Bayside, Howth Junction and Donaghmede, Kilbarrack, Raheny, Harmonstown, Killester and Clontarf Road stations will be closed all day, according to Irish Rail.

Commuters from this area will be affected as a result with the services operating to and from Malahide station with onward bus transfers to Connolly/Pearse stations.

Belfast services will then operate to/from Drogheda station with onward bus transfers to Connolly.
