A major Dundalk office block is set to be sold at auction later this month for an AMV of €1,150,000.
The offices at Quayside Business Park in Mill Street extend to approximately 2,700sqm and generate c.€168,500 rent per annum, according to Dublin-based selling agents GW2.
The offices, located just off the N52 Inner Relief Road, will go under the hammer at Leopardstown Racecourse on Tuesday March 31st.
Quayside Business Park comprises a modern purpose built four storey office development with a large surface car-park.
Approximately 1,620sqm of the 2,700sqm’s available are currently leased with the vacant areas of approximately 1,080sqm remaining in shell condition.
