Rape Crisis North East are currently recruiting volunteers to become helpline counsellors.
They will run a helpline training programme, which will commence on Thursday September 17th and finish on Friday October 23rd. It is funded by the Manuela Riedo Foundation. RCNE ask that in return for the training you commit to four hours of your time per week to provide telephone support.
The 12 day workshops will take place over six weeks on Thursdays and Fridays at the RCNE HQ in Anne Street.
